Although the beads bear some visual resemblance to Caviar that is where the similarity ends. Our products are entirely VEGAN. The gelantine used is plant based and no animal products are used in the manufacturing process.
These small spheres have a soft consistency which explode with flavour when eaten. They add a touch of elegance to your plate.
The Beads have a melting point of 60 degrees Celcius. they can be added to food that is already cooked.
Most of our beads have a shelf life of more than one year.
